Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin after dispatch.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery is £2.87 and normally takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery is £3.60 and normally takes 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

International delivery
Standard international delivery is £14.99. International delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. The checkout will display an estimated delivery window for the destination.

We aim to offer delivery worldwide wherever checkout and our carriers support the destination. Delivery may be unavailable or delayed because of carrier restrictions, sanctions, customs disruption, local import rules, remote-area limitations or events outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees charged by their destination country unless checkout expressly states that these charges have been collected.

Tracking is provided where shown for the selected service. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Contact info@wanderrings.com promptly if you notice an error.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused or unclaimed, we may deduct the reasonable return and redelivery costs from any refund where permitted by law.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact info@wanderrings.com with your order number so we can investigate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
